The founders of Mass
Bay Respiratory (MBR), having worked for various home care companies
for many years, have come up with a very simple philosophy. “Treat each
patient as if they are a family member and the rest of the business will
take care of itself!” We strive to instill this principal in all our
associates from customer service through our medical technicians.
How Are We Different
In addition to having
a full range of respiratory services, we also offer a complete
line of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). We understand that many
of our patients may need assistance with some of the simple tasks around
the house that an illness has made more difficult. As an added service MBR
offers assistance to all patients, when they return home, through our “Home Aide Service”.
This will help a patient feel more comfortable and safe. The
home aide makes sure all MBR numbers and information are readily
available as well as assist with light chores.
The Extra Mile
MBR will always have
a professional driver/technician and Licensed Respiratory Therapist
available to assist your patient 7 days a week. We also guarantee
a 5-minute response to any request, even after regular business hours. (8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) We also provide each of the principal’s
cell phone numbers as well as their home telephone numbers should
there be an issues that needs further attention.
