In accordance with insurance and JAHCO guidelines, Mass Bay Respiratory will contact a percentage of monthly rental patients to confirm active usage of equipment and any general concerns of the patient. Mass Bay Respiratory will ensure that a percentage of patients are called and information regarding their rental equipment is accurate and 100% compliant with company guidelines.
